A woman was shot and critically injured when someone fired a shot into a crowd during a fight late Saturday night, Feb. 27, in a parking lot near a Kent East Hill hookah bar.<\/p>\n
Officers responded at about 11:40 p.m. to a reported shooting in the 25600 block of 102nd Place <\/a>Southeast<\/a>, according to Kent Police. Officers found a woman with a gunshot wound. Officers performed CPR until paramedics arrived and transported her to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle in critical condition.<\/p>\n Witnesses told police there was a fight in front of the hookah bar. An unknown person fired a gun into the crowd of people fighting. Police determined that the woman was just driving through the parking lot and not involved in the fight.<\/p>\n Detectives are trying to determine what led up to the fight.
