Sports complex fields at the city of Kent’s Wilson Playfields and Hogan Park at Russell Road are open for reservations with King County under Phase 2 of the Healthy Washington – Roadmap to Recovery <\/a>plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n “While our athletic complexes remain closed to public and drop-in use, they are open for reservations and permitted use,” according to the city Parks Department. “Phase 2 allows for low, moderate, and high-risk sports competitions with a maximum of 200 people in attendance (including players, coaches, officials and spectators combined).
