Stimpy&rsquo;s, 25608 Pacific Highway S., was temporarily closed on Monday, Jan. 4.<\/p>\n<p>The establishment will be allowed to reopen once the inspector confirms that this issue has been resolved, according to Public Health &#8211; Seattle &#038; King County.<\/p>\n<p>As of Tuesday, Jan. 5, Stimpy&rsquo;s is the only food establishment <a href=\"https:\/\/kingcounty.gov\/depts\/health\/environmental-health\/food-safety\/inspection-system\/closures.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"link\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">listed on the Public Health &#8211; Seattle &#038; King County website<\/a> as closed due to COVID-19 violations.<\/p>\n<p>Gov. Jay Inslee issued a proclamation with statewide restrictions on indoor dining at restaurants and bars to help slow the rapid spread of COVID-19 cases in the state.
