Kick off the holidays and Shop Small Saturday at the Inside Out Open Air Dining and Marketplace event in downtown Kent.<\/p>\n
Visitors can expect beautiful holiday lights, indoor and outdoor dining options, artists and vendors, food trucks and a holiday tree lighting ceremony with Mayor Dana Ralph at Town Square Plaza at 6:30 p.m., according to Kent Downtown Partnership, which is sponsoring the festivities.<\/p>\n
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28 along First Avenue, West Meeker Street and at the Town Square Plaza. The block on First Avenue from Gowe to Titus streets will be closed to provide additional capacity and social distance options.<\/p>\n
Artists, crafters and other shopping alternatives will be sprinkled throughout. Inside Out is spread across multiple blocks offering a festive community event while providing flexibility and following WA Safe Start and social distancing protocols. Masks are required when social distancing is not possible or while dining. Distribution of PPP will be available at locations throughout event. Hand sanitizer stations donated by Fikes Products also will be available.<\/p>\n
Restaurants, shops and vendors will maintain compliance with Washington State Safe Start regulations; capacity will be limited and gathering in crowds is prohibited.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
