Man throws chicken, biscuits<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n \u2022 A restaurant employee reportedly responded to getting fired by throwing biscuits and chicken all over the floor at the Ezell\u2019s Famous Chicken outlet in Kent. Officers arrested the man for investigation of third-degree malicious mischief for the damage he caused at about 4 p.m. on Sept. 28 at Ezell\u2019s restaurant, 25616 102nd Place S.E., according to the police report.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n When the man showed up for work he was told he no longer had a job and needed to go inside to sign some papers. The man reportedly had been showing up late for work. When the man went inside, he walked behind a counter, grabbed a tray of biscuits and started to throw them. One biscuit hit a glass jar of pickled peppers that fell to the ground and shattered. He also picked up a platter of chicken and threw it on the ground.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Stranger crawls into woman\u2019s bed<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n \u2022 Police arrested a man for investigation of resisting arrest and trespassing after he reportedly crawled into bed with a woman he didn’t know at her apartment before the woman fled the room unharmed.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Officers initially responded to a potential burglary call with the suspect still inside at about 4:31 a.m. on Sept. 5 at an apartment in the 12200 block of Southeast 233rd Street, according to the police report.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The woman who called 911 said she was asleep in her apartment and the man must have entered through an unlocked door. She woke up to find herself next to a man she didn’t know. She said the man didn’t assault or harm her. When the man got up to use the restroom, she fled the apartment and called 911.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The man told police he thought his girlfriend lived at the apartment, but the woman said she had never heard of a woman by the name referred to by the man. Both the woman and officers said they could smell intoxicants coming from the man.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Woman throws fit and more<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n \u2022 Officers arrested a woman for investigation of fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct after she reportedly threw objects all over the Fred Meyer store, 25250 Pacific Highway S., even firing one item at a store employee as well as knocking over a mannequin.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The woman allegedly grabbed a device employees use to reach highly displayed items and threw it at an employee, according to the police report about the 9:28 p.m. May 2 incident. She also threw clothes all around the store, busted open a 12-pack of beer when she hurled a shopping basket to the floor and knocked over a mannequin, although the mannequin didn’t break apart.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Son, mother in car chase<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n \u2022 Police cited a man for investigation of fourth-degree assault and harassment after he reportedly punched his mother and chased her through town in his vehicle.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The incident began at about 4:25 p.m. on Aug. 22 when the woman dropped off a male roommate of her son at her son’s work in the 1600 block of South Central Avenue, according to the police report.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The son reportedly became upset at his mother for dropping off the roommate and yelled at her for letting the roommate spend money on alcohol rather than for paying rent. The son threatened his mother and punched her in the hand to knock away her cellphone when she said she would call 911.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The mother then sped out of the parking lot to get away from her son. She drove southbound on the East Valley Highway. She noticed her son following her in his vehicle. They drove at a high rate of speed before the mother stopped for a red light. The son then stopped his car in front of his mother’s vehicle, got out and started to walk toward her.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n That caused the mother to drive around him and through the red light. She said she pulled over and hid the vehicle to lose her son in Auburn before returning to the Chevron station at South 277th Street and the East Valley Highway to call 911.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Mother drives 90 mph to day care<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n \u2022 Officers cited a 24-year-old woman for investigation of reckless driving after she reportedly hit speeds of 90 mph because she was late to get her son to day care so she could get to work.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n An officer spotted a speeding vehicle at about 6:05 a.m. on March 20 in the 10300 block of Southeast 274th Street on the East Hill, according to the police report. The officer used a laser speed measuring device to clock the vehicle going 90 mph in a 50 mph zone.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n With patrol vehicle lights and siren activated, the officer pursued the car and watched it change lanes several times, swerving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed.
