A person was killed in Kent early Wednesday after a vehicle collided with a train in the area of South 212th Street and 77th Avenue <\/a>South<\/a>.<\/p>\n Kent Police officers were dispatched at about 3 a.m. to a report of a vehicle versus train collision, according to an email from Assistant Chief Jarod Kasner. A witness told officers that a vehicle stopped briefly after striking the train and then left the scene.<\/p>\n Officers found the vehicle a short distance away with two people inside, including a passenger with life-threatening injuries.
