Robert Hollis. Officers found a vehicle that had crashed into a fence at the Mosaic Hills Apartments. Witnesses saw the occupants of the vehicle running away.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;When officers arrived, they located evidence that a shooting had occurred,&rdquo; Hollis said. &ldquo;However, there were no victims or suspects located and witnesses in the area had very limited information. No arrests have been made.
