Spicers Paper, an independent regional paper company, recently signed a long term lease at Bridge Point Kent in the Kent Valley.<\/p>\n
The 97,522-square-foot lease, which is for the entirety of Bridge Point Kent, will begin on April 1, according to a Feb. 19 news release from Chicago-based Bridge Development Partners. The facility is at 26524 79th Ave. S. Spicers Paper currently is at another Kent location.<\/p>\n
Spicers Paper performs graphic design and commercial printing work for such customers as Microsoft, T-Mobile, Nike, Starbucks, Nordstrom and others who depend on quality printing and paper to represent their own brand images. The California-based company has locations in several states.<\/p>\n
Bridge Development Partners bought the 4.7-acre site in Kent last year to develop a state-of-the-art industrial facility.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
