Quinn-Whitney died of multiple blunt force injuries, according to the King County Medical Examiner&rsquo;s Office on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Washington State Patrol, Quinn-Whitney was traveling northbound on I-5 when she lost control of her vehicle, left the roadway, went down an embankment and struck a tree at about 10:15 p.m. Her SUV came to a rest in the ditch off the right side of the roadway.<\/p>\n<p>Quinn-Whitney was wearing her seat belt, according to the State Patrol.
