A good neighbor saved a family from a damaging fire Thursday evening, the Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority reported.<\/p>\n
A family of four was notified at 6:22 p.m. that their chimney chase was on fire in the 26200 block of 43rd Avenue <\/a>South<\/a>.<\/p>\n The neighbor noticed that not only was smoke coming out of the metal chimney pipe, but that the actual wood “chase” surrounding the pipe was on fire.
