Bernice Jean (Lady of the Lake) West was born on August 9th, 1930 in Seattle, WA and passed away Saturday morning October 12th, 2019. She is preceded in death by her husband Don West and her parents Katie (Ranft) and Hermann Kilian. Bernice was raised as an only child; her father lost his life 6 weeks after her birth. She is survived by her two children, Paul West and Julie Tollie along with 8 grandchildren.<\/p>\n

Bernice enjoyed her full life. She was married for 57 years while living on Lake Meridian. She was known for constantly entertaining with picnics, dinners, parties, gatherings and even weddings. When not entertaining, she was most often found traveling or reading a new book.<\/p>\n
