The 10th annual ShoWare Shootout basketball tournament tips off Saturday and Sunday, July 13 and 14 at the accesso ShoWare Center, 625 W. James St. in Kent.<\/p>\n
The event, presented by Republic Services, is one of South King County’s premier three-on-three basketball events and features age divisions for men, women, boys and girls, seniors and wheelchair.<\/p>\n
Games are scheduled throughout both days on outdoor courts, with the finals set for Sunday.<\/p>\n
Tournament organizers look to field 120 teams, a showcase for nearly 500 players.<\/p>\n
The entry fee, which includes three games and T-shirts for each player, is $65. All ages and skill levels are welcome. The deadline to register is July 10.<\/p>\n
