Kent home prices dipped just 2 percent in April compared to the same month last year but sales fell 16.5 percent.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The number of homes for sale dropped 1.6 percent, Redfin, a Seattle-based real estate company. The median price for single family homes was $265,000 and $125,000 for condos with a median price for all homes of $245,000.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
