{"id":4047,"date":"2013-01-08T14:46:28","date_gmt":"2013-01-08T22:46:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/spiken.wpengine.com\/news\/trailers-recovered-in-seatac-wii-u-thefts-games-missing\/"},"modified":"2016-10-22T03:15:31","modified_gmt":"2016-10-22T10:15:31","slug":"trailers-recovered-in-seatac-wii-u-thefts-games-missing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/news\/trailers-recovered-in-seatac-wii-u-thefts-games-missing\/","title":{"rendered":"Trailers recovered in SeaTac Wii-U thefts; games missing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><p>King County Sheriff\u2019s detectives said Tuesday that two trailers and a box truck that were reported <a title=\"wii\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tukwilareporter.com\/news\/183786731.html\" target=\"_self\">stolen Dec. 16 from SeaTac and were loaded with 7,000 Wii-U game consoles <\/a>have been recovered empty.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The box truck was located Dec. 19 in Fife parked near a warehouse, according to a Sheriff&#8217;s Office media release. The business logos had been removed from the truck.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>One of the trailers was recovered Dec. 30 in Auburn near South 277th Street and D St. The logos and Vin# had been covered with white paint.\u00a0 Additionally, \u201cS.S. Trans\u201d was painted on the front of the trailer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The remaining trailer was found Jan. 2 near Carson, Calif. The trailer\u2019s logo had also been covered with white paint and marked with \u201cS.S. Trans.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>SeaTac detectives are working with the Los Angeles based \u201cCargo Theft Task Force\u201d on the case.
