The medical examiner estimated Ruiz-Perez died on March 23 and classified the manner of death as homicide.<\/p>\n<p>Auburn Police found the body that Sunday at a site near the northern edge of the city off of South 277th Street, just south of Kent. Initial police reports identified the man as a Kent resident.<\/p>\n<p>From the start of the case, Auburn Police Cmdr.
