Smith St. Participation is limited to the first 100 who register. Registration is required. Reserve a spot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kentwa.gov\/residents\/neighborhood-program-workshop-registration?utm_medium=email&#038;utm_source=govdelivery\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"link\">on this city website link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The program is part of Under Our Skin in conjunction with the King County Library System.
