{"id":38578,"date":"2019-01-15T14:10:00","date_gmt":"2019-01-15T22:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/news\/kent-city-council-sets-special-workshop-meetings\/"},"modified":"2019-01-15T14:10:00","modified_gmt":"2019-01-15T22:10:00","slug":"kent-city-council-sets-special-workshop-meetings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/news\/kent-city-council-sets-special-workshop-meetings\/","title":{"rendered":"Kent City Council sets Special Workshop meetings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Kent City Council will have Special Workshop meetings on Friday, Feb. 1 and Saturday, Feb. 2, for its 2019 Strategic Planning Retreat.<\/p>\n<p>The workshops are from 1 to 4:45 p.m. on Feb 1 and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Feb. 2, at Lake Wilderness Lodge, 22500 SE 248th St., in Maple Valley.<\/p>\n<p>The meetings are open to the public, but public testimony will not be allowed unless listed on the agenda or approved by the council during the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Council members will have lunch from noon to 1 p.m. on Friday, and breakfast from 8 to 8:30 a.m. on Saturday at the Lake Wilderness Lodge.
