Kent home prices were down 1 percent in September compared to the same month in 2013 with a median price of $260,000.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Sales dropped 13.7 percent with 118 homes sold, according to a report by Redfin, a Seattle-based real estate company. The numbers only reflect transactions on the Multiple Listing Service, a local or regional database of available real estate for sale by member brokers.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
