Donate jackets, blankets, sleeping bags or other items and receive a free lunch at the annual Willow’s Place Hope for Families event at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 6 in Kent at the Golden Steer Steak ‘n’ Rib House, 23826 104th Ave. SE.<\/p>\n
Reber Ranch, HomeStreet Bank and Catalyst Travel are sponsoring the event.<\/p>\n
The event includes an auction.<\/p>\n
Help support local struggling families by bringing to the lunchein: new or gently used sleeping bags, blankets, blow-up mattresses, coats and jackets of all sizes, gloves, hats, scarves, shoes and new this year, school supplies.<\/p>\n
Cash or checks payable to Willow’s Place, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization #27-3846934, also are welcome.<\/p>\n
Willow’s Place is a community and business-coordinated effort that helps feed the hungry and warms the homeless.<\/p>\n
