The King County Sheriff’s Office has not made any arrests in a Nov. 7 double shooting near Kent because one of the men has refused to speak to detectives.<\/p>\n
“We identified the primary aggressor as the one with the more substantial injuries,” according to a statement from the major crimes unit emailed Wednesday by Sheriff’s Office spokesman Ryan Abbott. “He has been released from Harborview (Medical Center in Seattle). The victim has been unwilling to give us a statement, so as of this point nobody will be charged and nothing will be sent to the prosecutor’s office.”<\/p>\n
