S., in Des Moines.<\/p>\n<p>The Native American flute festival runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 20-21 and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 22.<\/p>\n<p>There is no charge to get into the festival, but several workshops and the main concerts are paid venues.<\/p>\n<p>The festival will feature flute and drum vendors, flute circles in teepees, music in the park, beginning flute-player workshops, arts and crafts booths and drum circles.<\/p>\n<p>For more information, go to www.flutequest.com.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A number of internationally acclaimed Native American flute players, as well as local musicians, are part of Flute Quest 2010 Aug. 20-22 at Saltwater State Park, 25205 Eighth Pl.
