So far, eight of 11 invitation have been accepted, KBAC said.<\/p>\n<p>The general election is Nov. 6.<\/p>\n<p>The forum is an opportunity for residents of Kent and South King County to gain first-hand knowledge of the people who are vying for public office and represent their interests.<\/p>\n<p>The forum will consist of a candidates panel with a moderator directing questions to each one. As time permits, organizers will collect questions from those in attendance and pose them to the candidates.<\/p>\n<p>The event is free and open to the public.
