The city of Kent will host what staff refers to as the largest creative gift boutique among the state’s senior centers when the 32nd annual Holiday Craft Market opens its doors on Friday, Nov. 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday, Nov. 3 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kent Senior Activity Center, 600 E. Smith St.<\/p>\n

This juried show boasts 70 booths of handcrafted one-of-a-kind gifts, free onsite parking, the Figgy Pudding Café and Bake Sale, hourly door prizes compliments of the Craft Market artists and live Christmas entertainment both days.<\/p>\n

Co-sponsors of the free event include the Kent Reporter, Arbor Village, ClearCaptions, Providence Health, Regence Blueshield, United Healthcare, Village Concepts, Weatherly Inn and Wesley Homes. Other co-sponsors are Humana MarketPOINT, LARC at Kent, Merrill Gardens at Auburn and Providence Elder Place. Proceeds benefit the programs and services of the Kent Senior Activity Center.<\/p>\n
