The Kent School District offers free Child Find screenings for children 3-5 years old who may have a disability. Children are screened in the areas of speech and language, vision, hearing, learning and motor development.<\/p>\n
All screenings are at various Kent schools. Screenings will be in the areas of language, learning and motor development.<\/p>\n
At least one parent must accompany the child to the screening, which takes approximately 1½ hours and are conducted by certificated staff.<\/p>\n
Screening dates are: Sept. 12, 26; Oct. 10, 17; Nov. 14, 28; Dec. 12; Jan. 9, 30; Feb. 27; March 13, 27; April 24; and May 8.<\/p>\n
