A public hearing about a proposal to build 30 single-family homes in the 24400 block of 98th Avenue South is set for 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 2 at Kent City Hall. 220 Fourth Ave. S.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
James Waltier, of Harbour Homes, LLC, plans to subdivide three parcels on the East Hill totaling 4.2 acres into 30 single-family residential lots, according to city documents. The development is known as the Bandon East subdivision.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The property has a single-family home and an outbuilding, both of which will be removed. The property is zoned SR-8 (eight homes per acre) for single family residential. The site is at 24459 98th Ave. S.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The public hearing is before the city hearing examiner in Council Chambers West at City Hall.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
