According to its Web site, tap-room  hours are 4-8 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays. The company describes itself on Twitter as &#8220;a new microbrewery halfway between Seattle and Tacoma.&#8221; According to the only write-up the Kent Reporter could find, on nwbeerguide.blogspot.com, the brewery specializes in English-style ales, is the brainchild of Alex Ditmar and James Gesford, and has a distinctly aircraft-themed tasting room, complete with tap handles made from original Boeing 747 door handles.
