The State Patrol reopened three of the five lanes at about 10:30 a.m. At about 11 a.m., traffic remained backed up for about 2 miles from I-405 to South 200th Street.<\/p>\n<p>Just after 1 p.m., all general purpose lanes were open, but the HOV lane stayed closed. Backups were as long as 5 miles early in the morning, according to the State Patrol.<\/p>\n<p>The State Patrol has not yet issue a cause of the accident.
