Kent-based Novinium, a supplier of underground electrical cable rejuvenation products to electric utilities including a new product to prevent manhole events, has hired Kim Chau as the company’s new director of marketing.<\/p>\n

Chau’s primary focus will be on elevating the company’s brand awareness in target markets and developing marketing strategies to engage and challenge customers.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Novinium, Chau’s held marketing leadership roles at Product Creation Studio, Microsoft, AT&T and Ericsson. Chau’s holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University. She is also completing her MBA through California Southern University, where she plans to pursue her doctorate next year.<\/p>\n
