Albertson decided not to seek another term and instead focus on getting a House seat in the Legislature.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The other council race features Jim Berrios against David Wade Schwartz for Position No. 2 to replace Jamie Perry. Perry decided against seeking re-election to focus on her family and career.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Three candidates are running to replace Clark on the school board. They are Maya Vengadasalam, Carmen Goers and Bruce Elliott.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>In the Kent-area King County Council races, incumbent Reagan Dunn faces challengers Shari Song and Kristina Macomber. Dave Upthegrove and Andy Massagli are running to replace Julia Patterson.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The primary election is Aug. 6 and the general election Nov. 5.
