Tossey died upon impact of the vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Tossey was driving northbound in the southbound lanes in the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/26200+Military+Rd+S,+Kent,+WA+98032\/@47.3640457,-122.2940977,658m\/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x54905987772f954b:0x673759c7cff66b3!8m2!3d47.3640457!4d-122.291909\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"map\"> 26200 block of Military Road South <\/a>at about 8:28 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 17, according to Kent Police. While approaching a curve in the street, Tossey&rsquo;s vehicle collided with a southbound vehicle travelling in the correct lane.<\/p>\n<p>Paramedics transported a 22-year-old Federal Way man, the driver of the southbound car, to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
