Summer is a busy time at Department of Licensing (DOL) licensing service offices (LSOs), especially in densely populated locations such as Seattle where customer wait times have seen a recent increase.<\/p>\n
Statewide, LSOs serve more than 33,000 customers per day and department data shows that at least 2,000 of them could have completed their transactions from the comfort of home using a smartphone, PC, laptop or tablet.<\/p>\n
