Jill Simmons Carrier passed away on May 8, 2017 in Renton, WA at the age of 63.<\/p>\n

She was born in Greensboro, North Carolina, moved to Florida in 1971, and then to Seattle in 1990 to go to school. She met Richard while selling him a cup of coffee when she worked at lower Queen Anne Safeway. They got married in 1992. Jill instantly became a mother of 5 children. A mutual love of flying strengthened their bond. Jill and her husband also climbed Mt. St. Helens after it erupted and the two were avid bicycle riders.<\/p>\n

Jill is survived by her Husband Richard Carrier of Kent; Step-Daughter Patricia Carrier (John Cavanaugh) of Cle Elum, Step-Sons, Richard Carrier of Renton; Donald Lee Carrier (Xuan) of Renton; Daniel John Carrier of Renton; Ronald Paul Carrier of Auburn, 10 Grandchildren, 1 Great-Grandchild, numerous Nieces & Nephews, Mom Louise Reece Simmons of Summerville, SC.; Brothers John Eddie Simmons (Paulette) of Pumpkin Center, NC; Phillip Reece Simmons of Kernersville, NC and Sister Robin Simmons McCrae (Phillip) of Mount Pleasant, SC.<\/p>\n

No Services will be held. Remembrances can be made to Breast Cancer research in her name.<\/p>\n
