{"id":27912,"date":"2017-04-21T10:30:00","date_gmt":"2017-04-21T17:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/letters\/thanks-for-the-good-work\/"},"modified":"2017-04-21T10:30:00","modified_gmt":"2017-04-21T17:30:00","slug":"thanks-for-the-good-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kentreporter.com\/letters\/thanks-for-the-good-work\/","title":{"rendered":"Thanks for the good work"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here&rsquo;s a big thank you to the Kent Parks and Public Works departments for the recent improvements in my neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>I&rsquo;m not sure which department actually did the improvements, so am including both.<\/p>\n<p>On the southeast corner of Clark Lake Park, along 128th Place, the wooded areas have been a mess, with falling trees, brush and a rail fence that died.<\/p>\n<p>Recently the fallen tree limbs, underbrush, etc., have been cleared and hauled away, sidewalk cleared and edged and new rail fencing installed.<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s beautiful.
