Roadways affected so far include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/E+James+St+%26+Central+Ave+N,+Kent,+WA+98031\/@47.3866696,-122.2332765,699m\/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x54905c008f8f5d5f:0x365acf260eb1395!8m2!3d47.3866696!4d-122.2310878\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"map\">James Street<\/a>, Smith Street, Meeker Street and Gowe Street. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes, including South 212th Street and South 277th Street.<\/p>\n<p>Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railway has a technician en route, according to a 10:40 a.m. report from the city.
