Jed Lutge is the new head chef at the Airways Brewing Co. Bistro, 320 W. Harrison St.<\/p>\n
Lutge will oversee a recently opened new kitchen. The Bistro is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.<\/p>\n
Lutge previously worked in the Seattle food and bar scene and has put together a new menu for the Bistro. The fare will include meats from salumi (Italian cold cuts), bacon smoked on applewood planks, fresh seasonal produce and delicious cheeses.<\/p>\n
Airways in a media release described the new menu as “an array of upscale bar food that uses high quality, locally sourced ingredients, and flavors that you won’t find anywhere else in Kent.”<\/p>\n
