Lucile Cavanaugh Moody<\/p>\n
Resident of Federal Way for 40 years, Lucile passed away on September 21, 2009. Lucile was born in Kent, WA to Oliver G. (son of James W. Cavanaugh, pioneer of Kent Valley) and Inez Cavanaugh on March 28, 1922. Lucile loved to play bridge, read, being politically active, raising her three children, gardening and especially had a love of the ocean, spending many hours clam digging and walking on the beach. Lucile spent her retirement years living in Mesa, AZ and Grayland, WA. Lucile was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Albert, her parents Oliver and Inez Cavanaugh and her son David. She is survived by her son Gerry Moody and wife Marsha of Puyallup and daughter Brittany Dale of Kent, grandchildren Kyle and Katie Moody, great grandchildren Austin and Emily Moody, and her sister Alice Goble. Due to the wishes of Lucile, funeral services will not be held.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
