Singh cannot practice pending the outcome of a hearing. He has 20 days to answer the charges and the right to request a hearing.<\/p>\n<p>According to health department documents, Singh allegedly rubbed a girl\u2019s bottom while positioning her for a shoulder X-ray on April 22, 2005.<\/p>\n<p>Singh also is accused of touching the breast and crotch of a second girl during an X-ray of her foot on July 12, 2008.<\/p>\n<p>DOH accuses Singh of unprofessional conduct and sexual misconduct in connection with the two cases.<\/p>\n<p>The release and documents did not disclose where the alleged incidents occurred.<\/p>\n<p>Singh presents \u201can immediate danger to the public health, safety and welfare\u201d if he continues to have a license, according to the findings issued by John F.
