Steve Lippia, regarded as one of the finest interpreters of standards and pop music in the nation, brings \u201cSimply Sinatra\u201d to the Kent Spotlight Series on Friday, Oct. 19.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The show, which features the best-known and loved Frank Sinatra hits, is at 7:30 p.m. at the Kentwood Performing Arts Center, 25800 164th Ave. S.E., in Covington.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Lippia has headlined extended engagements at the Rio Suites and Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and Resorts Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City. His youthful, energetic talent and powerful show creates a perfect blend of classic and current, according to a city of Kent media release.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
\u201cSimply Sinatra\u201d introduces a new generation to timeless music, while appealing to long-time listeners. Lippia’s versions of standards like \u201cI\u2019ve Got You Under My Skin,\u201d \u201cThe Lady Is A Tramp,\u201d \u201cMy Way,\u201d \u201cThe Best Is Yet To Come,\u201d \u201cLuck Be A Lady,\u201d and \u201cCome Fly With Me,\u201d have been thrilling sold-out audiences across North America.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for seniors (55 and older) and $15 for youth (25 and younger).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
