Practical ways to shed a bad habit or take a positive step in life will be explored at Lifetree Caf\u00e9 at 7 p.m. Monday, June 17.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The program, titled “How to Stop Doing What You Hate: Taming Your Mind,” features an exclusive filmed interview with clinical hypnotherapist Deborah Lindemann.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

“This is a helpful hour for anyone who struggles with an addiction, smoking, losing weight, or another challenge in life,” says Lifetree representative Craig Cable.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Snacks and beverages are available. Lifetree Caf\u00e9 is at Community Room – First Christian Church, 11717 240th St. SE, Kent.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
