The discussion will include the future of mass transit in South King County &#8211; expansion plans, sources of funding and the pros and cons of expansion.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The community chat is the third organized by Shaunie Wheeler, political action director for IBEW Local Union 77, and state Rep.
