The fire appears to have started on a second-floor balcony of the two-story building. Improperly discarded smoking material on a balcony caused the fire, according to fire investigations. Fire officials had no estimated cost for damages.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>The firefighters arrived on scene to find a fully involved structure fire. They were able to quickly contain the fire to limit any further damage.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>All residents were able to safely escape on their own and no firefighters were injured.
