The third annual “So you think Kent has talent!” finals are set for 2 p.m. June 2 at the Kent-Meridian Performing Arts Center.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Online registration is open for constants at www.allegrodance.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n All talent is welcome. There are three age divisions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The preliminary rounds of competition are May 11 at the Allegro Performing Arts Academy.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Eleven-year-old Cameron Sterling of Kent stunned the 15-contestant field to come away with the overall title and the $1,000 grand prize last year.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n All proceeds will benefit Wings of Karen<\/a>, a local breast cancer research effort.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Sponsorship opportunities also are available.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The show raised nearly $5,000 for the Kent Youth and Family Services the past two years.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
