Terreno Realty Corp. of San Francisco has purchased 169,000 square feet of industrial property in the Kent Valley for approximately $15 million.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The property consists of two multi-tenant industrial buildings. The property is currently 85 percent leased to six tenants. Terreno announced the Dec. 30 acquisition in a Jan. 3 media release.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The buildings are fewer than 5 miles from Sea-Tac Airport and accessible via the West Valley Highway and 64th Avenue South.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Terreno is an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate located in six major coastal U.S. markets in Los Angeles; Northern New Jersey\/New York City; the San Francisco Bay Area; the Seattle area; Miami; and Washington, D.C.\/Baltimore.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The company also bought 138,000 square feet of industrial property in Kent in 2010 for approximately $8.3 million. That building is 100 percent leased to one tenant.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
