Phiengkham showed signs of intoxication during his court appearance and a judge ordered him into custody for violation of the condition of his release from the DUI charge, according to a Washington State Patrol media release.<\/p>\n<p>Phiengkham posted his then $5,000 bail later that day and was released from jail.<\/p>\n<p>Three days later on Jan. 29, the State Patrol arrested Phiengkham for investigation of DUI after a 911 report of a blocking disabled vehicle driven by Phiengkham along Interstate 405 in Bellevue. Troopers determined Phiengkham to be impaired while investigating the incident. He also was booked for driving while license suspended.
