There will be T-shirts and refreshments at a short meet-and-greet before teams of two will spread out around the city to pass out free light bulbs and spread the word about the exchange event taking place 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 3-4 at Kent Lowe\u2019s, 24050 Pacific Hwy.
