Classes take place in Building 3, Room 102, at the college, 2400 S. 240th St., Des Moines. Trained volunteer tax counselors will offer basic income tax assistance 4:30 p.m. Thursdays and 10 a.m. Saturdays Feb. 5 through 28 at the library, 212 Second Ave. N., Kent. Registration is required. The donations will be distributed to women\u2019s and children\u2019s centers in Puget Sound.
