Endalkachew Abebaw, a runner from Kentridge High School, placed second in 16:21.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Megan Rogers, 19, a Central Washington University runner and Kentlake High graduate, won the women&#8217;s run in 20:21.
