The 2013 first-round pick (14th overall) hasn&#8217;t slowed down since for the GCL Pirates.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>McGuire is batting an impressive .457 (16 for 35) through his first nine games. He&#8217;s failed to record a hit just once and has managed multiple hits five times. McGuire also has five doubles, five RBI, 11 runs and two stolen bases. He has walked four times and struck out three times.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>McGuire was considered the 10th-best prospect in the 2013 draft class by Baseball America.
