Instructor Amanda Strombom will talk about the importance of healthy and whole foods. Learn how to prepare a tasty quinoa salad, tempeh “bacon”, and a strawberry smoothie with tofu. What are those, you ask? They are high in protein and nutrients.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
