Woke got 18-4 \u00bc, a personal best, in the long jump. Rogers High&#8217;s Jelani Heath won the long jump (19-11 \u00bd) on Friday.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Winning a state title is familiar territory for Woke, who took was the long jump champion last year. She took third in the triple jump at last year&#8217;s state meet.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p><strong>Other state results<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Breaking a personal record in the 110-meter high hurdles, with a time of 14.09 seconds, wasn&#8217;t enough to get Kentridge High senior Tanner Conner the state title he&#8217;s after.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p>Gonzaga Prep&#8217;s Nick Johnson beat Conner by four-one-hundredths of a second to secure first place on Friday.
